COURT RESERVATIONS

The Johnson City Country Club has been benefitting from the use of online tennis reservations for nearly a year.  The ease and efficiency of booking online through www.jccctennis.com has not only assured court reservations on a first come-first serve basis, but it has also generated revenue over budget for the tennis program for indoor court and guest reservations.  All General and Tennis/Social members of JCCC may obtain a personal login account username and password by going to the website and requesting a new user account.

There are a few considerations that all members need to know:

1. Courts may be booked for up to 2 hours 2 weeks ahead of planned play.

2. When booking courts, 2 player names (for singles) and 4 player names (for doubles) must be listed to assure proper use and billing for all courts.

3. If a member must cancel a court reservation, he/she may do so up to the minute of planned play.  After that the member must call the Pro Shop to cancel a court. (926-8641)

4. A member may also book use of the ball machine for 45 minutes online. The ball machine can only be used on the indoor courts.
